RETURN POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom orders.

Once you have placed your order, it is made specifically for you and cannot be returned. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to discuss your options. We may be able to offer you a discount on a future order or a store credit.
Here are some exceptions to our no-return policy:

If the item is defective or damaged.

To return an item:

Please contact us at rsvanam@bvcustomkutz.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return the item in its original condition.

Ship the item back to us at the address provided.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
